Dr. San Juan received her Medical Degree from Our Lady of Fatima University, College of Medicine in the Philippines and completed her Residencies at Case Western Reserve/University Hospitals of Cleveland and Mercer University/Medical Center of Central Georgia. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Florida and Georgia Academy of Family Physicians, Bibb County Medical Society, American Medical Association and the AMCNO.

Dr. Akinsete received his Medical Degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, MD and completed his Residency at University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. Jo received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL and is Board Certified in Family Nurse Practitioner. Alex received his Medical Degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez Mexico in Mexico. He joins JSA from Digestive Diseases Associates of Tampa Bay in Brandon, FL where he held the position of Physician Assistant.
