Josephine Polch, ARNP
Josephine Polch earned her Master of Science in Nursing
in May, 2009 at the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida. She is
an active member with the American Association of Critical Care Nurses,
the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the Sigma Theta Tau
Nursing Honor Society. She has been awarded Nurse of the Year award for
the Medical-Surgical-Trauma ICU at The Medical Central of Central
Georgia, the Advanced Nursing Practice Clinical Excellence Award from
the College of Nursing, University of South Florida, May 2, 2009, and
Outstanding Academic Excellence Award (4.0 GPA) from the College of
Nursing, University of South Florida, May 2, 2009.

Ellis
is Board Certified in Family Practice and is a Diplomat of the National
Board of Medical Examiners and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family
Physicians. She is NCQA Certified in Diabetes and Heart and Stroke
Care.
The center is open Monday
through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Call for an appointment
