Michael Davis, ARNP is
nationally certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
in Family Practice. Dr. Urjit Gheewala is
Board Certified in Internal Medicine and NCQA Certified in Diabetes
Care. Dr. Aaron Sheets is Board Certified in Family
Practice and NCQA Certified in Diabetes and Heart/Stroke Care.
JSA accepts most major
health plans including Humana Gold Plus, Medicare, Aetna, Tricare, PPOs and
HMOs, and private pay patients.
The center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am till 5:00 pm. Call for
