Sonal Patel,
M.D.
Dr. Patel is Board Certified in
Internal Medicine. She received her Medical Degree at Medical University
of Silesia, Poland, and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at
Lenox Hill Hospital, New York.
Dr. Patel is a member of the
American Medical Women’s Association, the American College of
Physicians-Internal Medicine, the American Medical Association and the
American Association of Physicians from India.
Dr. Patel is an active member of her
community. She has volunteered at numerous hospitals and more recently, a
women’s shelter in New York and a nursing home in Manhattan. Dr. Patel
comes to JSA with an exceptional medical background and is a welcome
addition to the JSA team. She is fluent in
English and Spanish.

Dr. Sonal Patel is
Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr.
Seenu Sanka is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. They are both NCQA Certified
in Diabetes and Heart and Stroke Care.
Sheryl Kirk, ARNP received her Masters of
Science of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner from the University of Tampa.
The center is open Monday through
Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Having been in the same location for 5 years,
the center is located in Fountain Oaks Plaza, which is at the corner of
Dale Mabry and Waters. It is most easily accessed from the Dale Mabry side
of the plaza. Fountain Oaks Primary Care Center can provide for all of
your primary healthcare needs. Whether you need blood drawn for lab tests,
