Carlos G. Miranda, M.D.
Dr. Miranda is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He
received his medical degree from the National University Federico
Villarreal, Lima, Peru. His internships in Internal Medicine,
Psychiatry, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, and Surgery were completed at Guillermo
Almenara Irigoyen National Hospital, Peru. He completed his Internal
Medicine Residency, from 2006 through 2009 at Raritan Bay Medical Center
in New Jersey. He completed his Pediatric Residency at National
University Mayor de San Marcos, Peru. Dr. Miranda is fluent in English
and Spanish.

we have the facilities to accommodate you.
The
Sheldon Road Primary Care Center is conveniently located in Bay Plaza,
at the corner of Hillsborough Avenue and Sheldon Road across from Albertson's. JSA accepts most major health plans including Humana Gold Plus, Medicare,
Tricare, PPOs and HMOs, and private pay patients.
The center is open Monday
through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Call for an appointment
