She received her medical degree from the University of South Florida. Dr. Lowe completed her residency at the Quad Cities Genesis Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Iowa, where she was also Chief Resident in Family Medicine. She is an Associate Clinic Professor at USF. In her spare time she enjoys music, photography and sailing.
