Sheryl Kirk, ARNP

Sheryl Kirk received her Masters of Science of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner from the University of Tampa. She is a member of the Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nursing Association, the Florida Association of Nurses, the Tampa Bay Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant Alliance. Sheryl comes to JSA with a variety of experience including primary care, intensive care unit, home health and well woman care. She is a State of Florida Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Sheryl joined JSA Medical Group Seffner in 2006.

Sheryl Kirk, ARNP received her Masters of Science of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner from the University of Tampa. Dr. Sonal Patel is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Seenu Sanka is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. They are both NCQA Certified in Diabetes and Heart and Stroke Care.

The center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Having been in the same location for 5 years, the center is located in Fountain Oaks Plaza, which is at the corner of Dale Mabry and Waters. It is most easily accessed from the Dale Mabry side of the plaza. Fountain Oaks Primary Care Center can provide for all of your primary healthcare needs.
