JSA accepts most major
health plans including Humana Gold Plus, Medicare, Aetna, Tricare, PPOs and
HMOs, and private pay patients.
The JSA Medical Group - Clearwater is conveniently located in Oakbrook Plaza,
at the corner of Enterprise and McMullen Booth Roads, next to the Driver's
License Bureau. The center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am till 5:00 pm. Call for
