JSA Medical Group - Clearwater has received NCQA Recognition as a Patient Centered Medical Home. Dr. Jivani is also a member of the American Geriatric Society. She received her medical training at the University of Bombay in India and completed her residency and fellowship at St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center in New York. She practiced primary care in New York before relocating to the Tampa Bay area. Dr. Jivani joined the JSA Medical Group in May 2003. JSA Medical Group - Clearwater has received NCQA Recognition as a Patient Centered Medical Home.
