Shamimara
Borachi, M.D.
Dr. Borachi is Board Certified in Family Practice and
NCQA Certified in Diabetes and Heart/Stroke Care. Dr. Borachi received
her Medical Degree from the Sind Medical College and Jinnah Post
Graduate Medical Center. Dr. Borachi completed her Internship and
Residency at the Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Borachi
has been practicing medicine in the Tampa Bay area since 1994 and has
been with JSA Medical Group at the Holiday Primary Care Center since
2000.
