Shamimara Borachi, M.D.

Dr. Borachi is Board Certified in Family Practice. She received her Medical Degree from the Sind Medical College and Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Center, completing her Internship and Residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Borachi has been practicing medicine in the Tampa Bay area since 1994 and has been with JSA Medical Group at the Holiday Primary Care Center since 2000.
