ANNOUNCES NEW CLINIC

St. Petersburg, Florida – JSA Healthcare Corporation, which now operates or is affiliated with 45 primary care centers and 6 pharmacies in the Tampa Bay area, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a primary care clinic in St. Petersburg effective September 1, 2002. The clinic is located at 710 North 94th Avenue and was acquired from CIGNA Health Plan. The clinic is open for new CIGNA Health Plan members and also for Humana Medicare HMO and other commercial plans. 

Yves Morency, M.D. will provide the primary care services at this new facility.
