ANNOUNCES PHARMACY ACQUISITION

St. Petersburg, Florida – JSA Healthcare Corporation, which now operates or is affiliated with 45 primary care centers in the Tampa Bay area, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Humana pharmacies in Tampa Bay, effective March 1, 2002, bring the total number of JSA pharmacies to six. The clinics are located in New Port Richey, Armenia Avenue in Tampa, and W. Waters Avenue in Tampa, and will operate under the name "AMERIDRUG."

Richard Nissenbaum, R.Ph. has joined JSA as Vice President of Pharmacy Operations and the Humana staff have become employees of JSA.
