RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing
Implementation
and support of marketing strategy for both JSA Healthcare Corp. and AmeriDrug
Pharmacies. Aspects include:
Maintaining and updating all marketing materials, brochures, physician profiles
and informational documents, including website updates, tracking of materials,
and analysis reporting. Assisting with
the coordination of all branding advertising campaigns (including flyers,
mailings, newspaper, T.V. and other media outlets).
Developing and maintaining relationships with marketing
drivers within the contracted healthcare plans. Coordinating and assisting needs of these drivers.
Coordinating and communicating all marketing efforts with
appropriate department personnel, center administrators, pharmacists, physicians,
and affiliates. Coordinating and
advertising of marketing efforts such as health fairs, community events, health
plan “meet and greets”, etc.
Assisting Director and JSA management with marketing efforts including relationship building with health plans, creating marketing materials and brochures, maintaining physician profiles, and coordinating seminars and new patient orientation (including give-aways, etc.).

Practice Development
Assist Director of Practice Development with analysis and development of
local expansion opportunities in conjunction with senior staff and other
departments. Work with existing centers
to maintain, improve, and expand marketing efforts, membership retention, and
member relations. Aspects include: Data input, tracking and reporting of
quality improvement data including comment cards, Enrollment Summary and Termed
Member reports, etc.
Support, assist and/or coordinate with Director of Practice
Development and all other departments in regard to practice development
activities (to include Center Operations, Affiliated Provider Relations, and
Purchasing & Facilities). All other
duties as assigned.
