Brunilda Nazario is Board Certified in Family Practice. Nancy Frizzell, PhD, ARNP, is
certified in Family Health Nursing and Women's Health. Dr.
Ala Sahawneh is Board Certified in Family Practice and Board Eligible
in Geriatric Medicine. Dr. Alagumalai Swammy is a hospitalist for
this area, as well as, Dr. Nicolas Pinero.
JSA accepts most major health plans including Humana Gold
Plus, Medicare, Tricare, PPOs and HMOs, and private pay patients.

South, at the corner of West Lumsden and Providence Roads, near Publix. The
